A single stem of brass, its round crown left clean or pierced with a heart. Cut from one sheet so there is no join to fail, it slides through a twist or a knot and stays there all day.

Brass darkens gently with wear, which most people come to love. Wipe it dry after water or lotion; a soft cloth and a little polish bring back the shine.
