We ask only for what we need to take payment, deliver your order and answer you: your name, email address, delivery address and payment details. We never sell personal information.
Payment
Payments are taken by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers.
Your drawings
A drawing made in the Studio is kept with your order so that we can make it. Drawings kept in your jewelry box stay on your own device until you order or send them.
We write about your order, and, only if you have asked us to, with news from the house. To stop hearing from us, reply to any message or write to hello@arkiveshop.com.
