Terms of sale

By placing an order with Arkive you agree to these terms. An order is a contract for the making or sale of the pieces described at checkout.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars and include delivery. Illinois sales tax is collected where required. The price of a piece made to order is set when you pay and does not change afterwards.

Pieces made to order

Every drawing is checked against the rules of the metal before payment, so what you order can be made. Pieces finished by hand are finished at our bench; pieces sent as cut arrive as described at checkout. Pieces made to order are final sale, as set out in returns.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
